The ocean view was lovely and the location was marvellous and amazing, close to mountains on three sides, the seashore, and bars. You can find East Restaurant close to the hotel to a have lunch. We ate at the property's beach restaurant for breakfast and dinner, appreciated it.

Having to reserve your sun-bed every morning is frustrating!!! Sometimes the beach area isn't as peaceful as advertised when families with children are present. The restaurant menu could use more variety since the offerings felt repetitive after a few days!!!

yes I liked the breakfast. the set up of being served each individual item did make it rather slow and inefficient. it could be speeded up very simply by allowing self-service.

Appreciated Old Road, the hotel was peaceful and luxury by mountains on three sides. Its location was amazing, really close to the rain forest and the beach closest to Indigo restaurant and eat a restaurant with.

Luxurious suite with really good staff. The spa treatments were good.
The advice on local excursions was lacking, which may lead to missed opportunities for adventure and the added taxes on trip packages were unexpected.

The staff was very nice, like family by the end of our stay. Cleanliness was great, and the amenities were ideal for a relaxing vacation. The tennis courts were a nice bonus, and we loved the fresh fruit service by the beach.

The room was very well decorated, provided us with private balcony, a dual sink, a towel, it was a pleasant stay all in all. Location: the hotel was near to the coral reef, and the Beach restaurant where breakfast is served.
